Player & Parent/Guardian Data: Name, address, date of birth, contact telephone numbers, and email addresses for registration with the Club and the League.

Photos & Videos: We may take photographs or videos of players during training and matches for use on our website and social media channels.

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • To manage club administration, player registrations with the FA and our league (Accrington & District J.F.L.).
  • To communicate important information to you about matches, training, club events, and other official club business.
  • To promote the Club and celebrate our teams' achievements on our website and social media.

3. Photography and Consent

The welfare of children is our primary concern.

  • We will only publish images of children where we have obtained parental or guardian consent.
  • If you see an image on our website or social media that you would like removed, please contact us immediately, and we will do so.
  • We will not include the full names of children alongside their images.

We will only share player and parent data with officials from the leagues we are registered with (e.g., Accrington & District J.F.L.) and The Football Association (FA) for official registration purposes. We will never sell your data to third parties.
